I noticed my blood sugars were trending lower during the first 4-8 weeks of pregnancy, and then they slowly started creeping up. You’ll likely have to make some adjustments as you go, sometimes these adjustments come on pretty sudden, so having a medical team in your corner every step of the way helps.
