Ingredients:

2 Eggs

1 Large Banana

Directions:

In a bowl, mash the banana into a thick paste, crack 2 eggs into the mashed banana, and mix.

Heat the frying pan on medium heat with oil, and cook pancakes until they are golden brown on each side.

Serving:

1 Banana + 2 Eggs per person.
